This mini wafer cone is usually used upside down as an accessory on top of ice cream. Its irregular oblique shape allows it to be used as a teaspoon to taste the cream of the ice cream in advance. Also used in pastry preparations filled with creams of chocolate, hazelnut and pistachio.
