Hygiene and marketing in a single product to sign the goodness of your ice cream. Most of our Vanillino, sugar and waffle cones, and Dolcecono wafer cones, could be supplied already matched with a paper cone (sleeve), that we name “Salvacono”, printed with your customized logo.
There are 4 different sizes of Salvacono, which, to semplify, we will refer as: A,B,C,D
The type of Salvacono will be selected based on the cone formats to be paired. Each type of Salvacono fits also to a multiple different sizes of cones. Download the Pairing Table and find out more,
1 - Who produces the Salvacono
The Salvacono, with custom graphics and/or customer logos, will be produced by specialized companies, our suppliers, using food-grade paper and inks approved for food contact.
2 - Printing minimums (MOQ)
The production of customized Salvacono requires minimum print quantities, starting from 30.000 pcs per type. Production time may take up to 30 working days.
3 - Graphic Desgn:
TThe customer sends us a graphic file in PDF, EPS, AI, or JPG format - res. ≥ 300 DPI, for the creation of a draft. We will create the best graphic poposal, applied to the selected Cone Saver and submit it for the approval. Once approved, we will proceed with the final order for the purchease of Salvacono. Unless special requests by the customer. No additional cost is required for graphic processing.
4 - Supply Payment
Upon Order Confirmation for the purchase, the Customer will be required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total Salvacono supply. Once the goods are received from our supplier, the final invoice for the full ordered quantity will be issued and full balance of the invoice will be requested, for the entire quantity ordered.
